Tickets & Will-Call Transfers

I never received my ticket purchase confirmation email.
Check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails get flagged by your mail provider as spam, especially if you haven’t order from us before.  If this does not solve your issue, email support@fusionshows.com with your full name, which show you ordered tickets to, and when the order was placed, and we will send you another copy!

Can I transfer my will-call tickets to someone else?
Yes, tickets may be transferred to a different name for pickup at will-call. Contact support@fusionshows.com and include your confirmation number, event info, name that was originally put down for will-call, and new name to be used for will-call.

Do you sell physical tickets?
To keep costs low, we do not sell physical tickets from the Fusion Shows website. All purchases from the site are will-call only. However, we have several ticketing outlets for certain venues, that you can purchase physical tickets from. For a list of ticket outlets, see our Outlets page.

When I purchase tickets on Fusionshows.com, how do I receive them?
All tickets purchased on our website are will-call only. Simply arrive to the box office at the show with a photo ID to get access into the venue. We do not mail tickets.

Refunds

I bought tickets to a show but can’t make it. What should I do?
Per our Refund Policy, we don’t offer refunds unless a show has been cancelled. Tickets may, however, be transferred to a different name for pickup at will-call. Contact support@fusionshows.com and include your confirmation number, event info, name that was originally put down for will-call, and new name to be used for will-call.

What happens if a headliner cancels their performance?
We will automatically issue refunds if a headliner cancels a show.  Check your email for further instructions.

I bought tickets for a show to see a supporting act, and they cancelled. Can I get a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds for supporting acts cancelling their performance at a show. However, you can transfer tickets to another person if you wish. For more information, check out our Refund Policy.

I didn’t enjoy the show I went to. Can I get a refund?
We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy the show. We do everything in our power to promote events that you’ll love. However, we do not issue refunds for such situations. See our Refund Policy for more information.

Booking

My band would like to play one of your shows. What should we do?
For everything related to booking, see our Booking Information page and follow the instructions carefully. We get 100s of emails and inquiries daily and we can’t respond to all of them. By following our booking guidelines, you’ll have a better chance of getting our attention.

I sent you an email regarding booking a show and I haven’t heard back. What gives?
We receive 100s of emails a day and sometimes it takes us up to 4 weeks to respond. If it has been less than 4 weeks, please hold off on a follow up email until then. If it has been over 4 weeks, make sure your original email followed our Booking Guidelines.
